SelectHealth from VNS Health is a specialized Medicaid plan. This plan is for people living with HIV, individuals of transgender experience, and gender non-conforming or people experiencing homelessness, regardless of HIV status.

SelectHealth is proud to be the only HIV special needs plan with a Platinum-level certification from the LGBT advocacy group SAGE (Services and Advocacy for LGBT Elders). This certification means that SelectHealth staff have received SAGE’s LGBTQ cultural competency training. Training our staff is just one way we show our commitment to treating the LGBTQ community with respect, understanding and sensitivity.
